Haddam Volunteer Fire Company
Serving the Haddam community since 1930.

Members of Haddam Volunteer Fire Company respond to more than 600 calls a year including structure, forest, vehicle, and electrical fires; motor vehicle accidents; hazmats; water, woods, and ice rescues; medical emergencies; and much more. We’re available 24-7, 365 days a year to help keep the residents of Haddam, Connecticut safe.
Our volunteers respond to all areas in the Town of Haddam, west of the Connecticut River, including the Villages of Higganum and Tylerville — 46 square miles populated by approximately 7,300 people.
Do you have what it takes? We’re looking to recruit new members to serve as volunteer firefighters! No previous experience is needed and all training and gear is provided. All we ask for is your time. Learn more.
